Responsible for implementation and testing of content on adidas.com, adidas apps and other digital channels according to the activation plan. I interface with global business unit digital teams to influence content creation maintaining best practices. Responsibilities include supporting business units with digital pre-season planning, in-season creation and execution. I brief and produce content to fill gaps in plan and hand off finished files to media, onsite operations and CRM teams. I support creation and implementation of overall commercial adidas.com content plan in partnership with Digital Activation and eCommerce teams, with a functional ownership over adidas.com and app content. I also manage adidas.com content as part of pre go-live testing including validation against content best practices. Part of this includes managing stakeholder approvals and content hand off to operational teams as well as post-launch collaboration with analytics teams to generate learnings for future campaigns. Responsible for on time execution of 5-7 campaigns per month on average, ranging across multiple brand business units.

Led bi-weekly meetings with employees to discuss best practices, bandwidth, and upcoming coverage needs. Managed and approved weekly time sheets, OT, sick days and vacation time management. Worked closely with account team on strategy and advancement of team lead program.

Global content creation producer for Nike SNKRS channel. Responsible for on time and in guideline creative execution for 200+ seasonal product launches on fastest growing app platform at Nike. Created and authored work back schedules, managed worldwide communication between geo team partners, developed team-wide creative review process, briefed and guided copywriters through launch execution. Worked with agency and studio partners on content creation and visual storytelling journeys.

Served as client partner for new initiatives and projects, working primarily with Nike and Burton Snowboards. Set and led agency creative, graphic design, engineering, development and project management teams from kick off through launch. Developed and grew client relationships and provided highest level of detail, trust, efficiency and confidence. Drove profit targets, goal setting and financial close out of all projects. Managed over $2 million in annual project revenue.
